With our adapter ring, the drum diameter of the BWS bug wiper reel is extended by 63%. With a 15m glider, this means approx. 45 instead of 74 turns of the reel!

We recommend installing the [BWS BWS pulley set] in any case, as this compensates several times over for the increased effort required when winding!
Installation
- Completely unthread the return cable!
- Remove the drum, taking care not to lose any pulleys or springs!
- Split the adapter ring and insert it into the drum
- Hang the ring parts together on one side and snap them into place on the other side using gentle force. This requires a little patience!
Do not use any tools for this, otherwise they will be damaged!!! - Connect a new [Dyneema return cable] as before and roll it up
- Refit the drum
