The compression spring of the sliding nipple maintains the tension on the wiper in the park position.

It can happen that the tension on the retrieval rope decreases slightly in the park position. The spring-loaded sliding nipple was developed to prevent this. The rigid nipple can be exchanged for the sliding nipple.

Proceed as follows to replace the parts:  

1. Remove the cover of the BWS electric winch
2. Detach the retrieval cable from the cleaner
3. Pull the end of the cable into the BWS electrowinch
4. Dismantle the BWS electric winch
5. Disassemble rigid nipple (unscrew)
6. enlarge the hole from diameter 6mm to 10mm
7. Remove burr well
8. Mount sliding nipple (tighten and secure with threadlocker)
9. Reassemble BWS electric winch in reverse order
