The electric winch comprises a box, enclosing and protecting motor, detachable line drum and line tension safety switch. The box is fixed to the glider by fixing it to a mounting support by a knurled screw. In case of service work, the box can be easily removed from the mounting Support.

Option pulley set: The BWS deflection pulley almost completely reduces friction on the return cable in tight radii in the Bowden cable. This can significantly reduce the effort required when cranking, depending on the installation situation (in many cases by up to half). Less friction means:
- Less force required
- Faster retrieval
- Less strain on the cable and mechanics
- Faster return to focusing on flying
