The AIRBATT Powercharger series comprises chargers that use primary switched technology. In contrast to conventional chargers with a high AC component, the AIRBATT Powercharger series has an absolutely constant DC current, which means that the battery is charged more evenly, more efficiently and faster.
Once fully charged, the battery can remain connected to the charger when it is switched on. When the charger is switched off, an intrinsic current of 0.00012 A flows.
Due to the increased charging voltage Uo 14.85V in the main charging process, the batteries are also charged in a shorter time. The charger is ideal for flight schools.
Maintenance-free VRLA batteries should always be fully charged - as this extends the battery service life.
